How long takes delivery ?
Items are not immediately available and there is no stock, items are made to order for each customer. For this reason you will need a total of 25 to 30 business days for us to make them in our workshops. We ask you to take into consideration 1-3 days for necessary transportation, so you can estimate the arrival of your order.
I live outside the EU. Do I have to pay VAT tax?
Yes. Final purchase price for orders placed from countries outside the EU will be calculated adding the local VAT tax at the time the package exits from the EU. Please take into notice that your country's fees will apply and will be invoiced separately by TNT.
Am I forced to pay customs duties in case the order is shipped outside the EU?
Yes, the customer is required to cover all customs duties for transportation outside the EU. Will be separately invoiced by TNT.
What is the amount of customs duty for my order?
Customs policies are different from one country to another. We kindly ask that you contact customs office in your country for more information. For more information about import duties and taxes related to such purchases in your country, please contact Customer Service by email at

To ensure quick transport, Payment will be made by TNT courier company on your behalf to local authorities, and will be invoiced separately to you and when you will pay those amounts, you will receive a separate invoice covering duties and taxes related to the transaction. Transport is made only through TNT courier company .

2. 2.Under normal conditions, the merchandise is ready to be shipped within 3 working days of placing your order. If there was no other agreement between you and us, delivery will be made between 1 and 4 working days counting from the time the package leaves our warehouse to the address specified by the customer and according to the destination and shipping method agreed.
3. Customers living in non-EU
Delivery time to these countries is subject to payment of taxes and customs duties that require 2 to 4 working days. Keep in mind that we bear the costs of transport from our warehouse to your address, costs of package insurance and / or any other closing costs for additional documents. Product prices includes all taxes and fees, as well as VAT tax appliable in Romania. Keep in mind that customs duties, taxes and handling charges for each country, will be found and will be invoiced separately by TNT. Return Policy
We accept with no problem, returns or exchanges of the articles, within 14 days of package receipt. Customer supports all transportation costs. Returns requested after the expiration of 14 days will not be accepted.
www.negrau-shop.com only accepts the return of non-defective items that are in accordance with the original state, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all tags attached and in original package in which they arrived. Upon receipt of any item without labels, please notify us immediately if you want to return the package. We recommend all customers to check garments before delivery before removing any label or part of the package.
Please be aware that we can replace an item with the same item of a different size. Items exchanged can be sent only after receipt of the goods returned and after verifying the fulfillment of conditions mentioned above. Note that we allow customers to exchange an item for the same item with a different size only once. After that, the customer is responsible for additional transport costs.
The package must be returned together with the completed return form that you received with your order. Keep in mind that returns / exchanges required and unidentified on the form will be returned to sender.
Goods must be returned in a single package. We reserve the right to refuse different returns in different periods of time from a client. We are not responsible for packages that have suffered damage or were lost, being sent with any other courier company than TNT. We are not obligated to cover any costs for any other adjacent method of transportation provided by TNT. Merchandise to be returned must be prepared for transport and we will send a TNT courier to pick up the package.
When will my money be refunded for items sent back?
After all the mentioned conditions have been met, we will notify you and you will get the cost of item / items fully returned. If not all the conditions mentioned are fulfilled, we will also notify you and you will be able to get your article / items back. However, we are not responsible for other transportation costs.
A period of time between 1 to 20 days must be considered and calculated from the date we received the product and following the steps mentioned above to complete the return process. Time period needed for refund is conditioned on the payment method used and the bank conditions of the credit cards. Note that refund will be made only in the account used when purchasing item / articles. Normally payment on credit card is visible in about two months. In case the recipient does not match the buyer , refund will be made to the original purchaser, owner of the credit card used on purchase. Refunds by bank transfer occur between 15-20 days. Refund will be made only to the same bank account from which the initial order was payd. Keep in mind that transport fees will not be refunded. Note that the amounts related to store transactions (credit line) are not transferable, non-refundable and do not expire. Please note that all customs and international fees / or taxes on sales are not refundable for package transportation in countries that do not belong to UE community space.
Can I return products purchased on sale?
No. We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased on sale.
Can I change an item for another item?
No. You can return the item and then resume the process of purchase for another product.
